(1) Mix 1 pack of OTTOGI POTATO PANCAKE MIX with 500ml of water in a bowl.
(2) Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and drizzle cooking oil.
(3) Put the pancake mixture on the pan and spread it thinly and evenly with a spoon.
(4) Cook for 2~3 minutes or until the bottom becomes golden yellow.
(5) Flip it over and cook it until the other side becomes golden yellow as well.
