Refreshing and Delightful Tomato Soup. Rich tomato flavor with balanced sweet and sour taste. Finely chopped tomato adds more texture in the soup.





Tomato Rice Noodle Soup (1 Serving)

Main Ingredients:
6 oz. fresh rice noodles
1 pack Lee Kum Kee Tomato Soup Base
Secondary Ingredients:
4 pieces spam
3 pieces wood ears
Half hard boiled egg
4 cups water
cilantro, as desired
Directions:
- Put 1 pack of Lee Kum Kee Tomato Soup Base and 4 cups of water into a large pot. Bring to a boil.
- After boiling, add in wood ears and spam.
- Bring another pot of water to a boil and cook the rice noodles. Then ladle them into a bowl and pour over the tomato soup, placing half of a boiled egg, wood ears, and spam on top of the rice noodles.
- Sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
Tomato Ramen

Main ingredients:
6 oz. Japanese ramen
1 pack Lee Kum Kee Tomato Soup Base
Ingredients:
4 cups water
2 pieces fried tofu
1 fresh shiitake mushroom
1 baby bok choy
2 pieces tomato
Directions:
- Add 4 cups of water and 1 pack of Lee Kum Kee Tomato Soup Base to a large pot. Stir in fried tofu, shiitake mushrooms, tomato and baby bok choy and bring to a boil.
- Boil another pot of water and add the ramen, cooking the noodles until they are medium-well. Add the baby bok choy to the pot of ramen and bring the water to a boil, then switch off the burner.
- Put the ramen in a bowl and pour over the tomato soup. Place the shiitake mushrooms, fried tofu, tomato, and baby bok choy on top of the ramen before serving.
