All Purpose Seasoning Sauce

 


Thai Sweet Chili Wings (2~3 Servings)

泰式甜辣雞翅

用料

10 安士      雞翅 

3 湯匙      生粉 

1 湯匙      麵粉       

½ 茶匙      發酵粉 (泡打粉)

5 湯匙      清水 

醃料

2 湯匙      李錦記特級鮮味生抽

1 茶匙      李錦記鮮味雞粉                      

2 茶匙      李錦記純正芝麻油              

1 茶匙                           

調味料

½         李錦記泰式甜辣醬              

3 ½ 湯匙     李錦記是拉差辣醬              

1 茶匙      李錦記純正芝麻油              

2 湯匙      清水                   

做法

  1. 將醃料混合拌匀。
  2. 雞翅用醃料醃製約1小時。
  3. 將麵粉和發酵粉 (泡打粉)加入清水混合。
  4. 先將醃好的雞翅蘸滿粉漿,再將油燒熱,放入雞翅,炸金黃色至熟,取起晾乾油份。
  5. 將所有調料入鍋煮沸,然後放入炸熟的雞翅稍微翻炒,讓每隻雞翅充分裹滿醬汁,即可裝盤。

Thai Sweet Chili Wings

Ingredients

10 oz.              chicken wings

3 Tbsp.            cornstarch

1 Tbsp.            flour

½ tsp.              baking powder

5 Tbsp.            water 

Marinade

2 Tbsp.            Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce

1 tsp.               Lee Kum Kee Chicken Bouillon Powder

2 tsp.               Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil

1 tsp.               sugar

 Seasoning Sauce

½ cup              Lee Kum Kee Thai Sweet Sauce

3½ Tbsp.         Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce

1 tsp.               Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil

2 Tbsp.            water

 Directions

     Combine marinade ingredients.

  • Marinate chicken wings for about 1 hour.
  • Mix well cornstarch, flour, baking powder, and water.
  • Coat marinated wings with flour mixture. Deep-fry until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from oil and set aside to drain.
  • Gently bring Seasoning Sauce to a boil. Toss wings in sauce and ensure each one is coated. Ready to serve.
