Double-Cooked Pork Belly

回鍋肉

材料

12安士            五花肉

6安士              包心菜片

4安士              青紅圓椒片

3安士              五香豆乾片

3片                  薑片

2粒                  蒜肉

2條                  蔥白段

1湯匙              料酒

芡粉適量

調味料

2湯匙              李錦記豆辦醬

2湯匙              李錦記舊庄特級蠔油

2茶匙              李錦記草菰老抽

1茶匙              糖

做法

  1. 五花肉燙熟切片, 用油炒香, 加入李錦記草菰老抽炒勻上色, 取出備用○
  2. 煸香薑蒜, 蔥白段並加入其餘材料炒勻, 放入五花肉; 之後濽酒, 調入剩餘調味料炒勻, 勾芡粉即成○

Double-Cooked Pork Belly

Ingredients

12 oz.               pork belly, sliced

6 oz.                 cabbage, cut into pieces

4 oz.                 red and green bell peppers, sliced

3 oz.                 baked bean curd

3                      ginger slices

2                     garlic cloves

2                      green onion stalks (white part only)

1 Tbsp.             cooking wine

Cornstarch water as desired

Seasoning Sauce

2 Tbsp.             Lee Kum Kee Chili Bean Sauce

2 Tbsp.             Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce

2 tsp.                Lee Kum Kee Mushroom Flavored Dark Soy Sauce      

1 tsp.                sugar

Directions

  1. Boil pork belly slices until cooked through, then stir-fry in oil. Add Lee Kum Kee Mushroom Flavored Dark Soy Sauce and continue to stir-fry until colored. Set aside.
  2. Sauté ginger, garlic, and green onion until fragrant, then add remaining ingredients and stir-fry. Add pork belly together with cooking wine and remaining Seasoning Sauce, mix well. Add cornstarch water to thicken the sauce. Ready to serve.
