BBQ Salmon Fillets

叉燒鮭魚排         

材料     

2      鮭魚排(片狀)

8湯匙   李錦記叉燒醬

1湯匙   蜂蜜

1      檸檬 (切薄片)

黑胡椒少許

鹽少許

步驟

  1. 將鮭魚洗淨後擦乾。
  2. 在魚的兩面均勻抹上鹽,放入烤箱,約350度,烤至微黃。
  3. 取出鮭魚,再刷上叉燒醬汁,再繼續放入烤箱燒烤至醬汁收乾。
  4. 塗上少許蜂蜜及黑胡椒,以檸檬片裝飾,即可食用。 

提示:蜂蜜應在最後時段才塗上,否則容易烤焦。 

BBQ Salmon Fillets

Ingredients

           Salmon fillets

8 Tbsp.   Lee Kum Kee Chinese BBQ (Char Siu) Sauce

1 Tbsp.   Honey

1             Lemon, thinly sliced

Pinch of black pepper

Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Rinse fillets, drain, and dry off excess water.
  2. Sprinkle salt on both sides of fillets and bake at 350°F till light golden.
  3. Remove baked fillets from oven, brush with Lee Kum Kee Chinese BBQ (Char Siu Sauce). Continue baking until sauce thickens.
  4. Brush fillets with honey and sprinkle with black pepper before serving. Garnish with lemon slices.

Tip

  • Brush on the honey at final step to avoid burning.
