Our radish kimchi is a variation of kimchi in which instead of cabbage, Korean daikon radish is used! This kimchi packs a crunch and is great for those who love the texture! We use the same signature sauce that is used in our Napa Cabbage Kimchi and so it has that same heat and spice, just with a completely different texture. It pairs well with ramen and fried rice.
