Instead, we use our Himalayan pink salt which provides that same salty flavor to our sauce without the animal by-product! To also add more depth to the sauce, we use a blend of different fresh fruits and vegetables. This is the perfect vegan kimchi that truly does not sacrifice anything in terms of taste!
